Whereas, this Court has Suspended the sentences awarded to the above named accused in Crl Case No. 136/2023 Re- The State V/S Ali Khan @ Ali Jhatial and Others by the learned 2nd Civil judge and judicial Magistrate Mehar vide Judgment dated: 18-04-2024 and this court granted bail in Crl Appeal No. 11/2024 to above named applicants/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-each ( Fifty Thousands ) with P.R bond in like amount in the above subject case/crime.
The required surety has been furnished. One surety namely Sikandar Ali son of Habibullah by caste Jhatial, has appeared before this Court and stood surety for above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-each (Fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the applicants/accused from your jail custody at once, in the subject case/crime, if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-each from accused and same be sent to this Court for office record. Accused be directed to attend before the trial court to face his trial in the above Case and Crime.
