Subject: RELEASE ORDER OF ACCUSED (S).
WHEREAS, applicant/accused (s) namely Abdul Ghaffar s/o. Abdul Malik and Zameer Hussain S/o. Haji Abdul Ghani, has moved this Bail application praying for bail in the above noted case before this Court, after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) for each accused person named above and P.R. Bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of learned trial court, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused (s) has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Abdul Ghaffar s/o. Abdul Malik and Zameer Hussain S/o. Haji Abdul Ghani, forthwith if he is not required in any other case after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) for each accused person named above be executed by the said applicant accused before you, the SUPERINTENDENT LANDHI JAIL, KARACHI and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court which within three days from the receipt thereof.
You are also required to direct the applicant/accused above named to appear before this Court without fail.
