Whereas, accused namely 01. Muhammad Deen s/o Sardar Khan 02. Ghulam Nabi s/o Nazir Ahmed and 03. Rashid Ali s/o Khadim Hussain, all by caste Kolachi, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted by Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur in Cr.B.A No. S-876/2023, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount. One deponent namely Wazir Ali Son of Muhammad Umar Kolachi R/o Village Behshti Lashkar Khan Kolachi Taluka and District Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing their P.R bonds and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before trial court on the date of hearing without fail.
