Whereas; the above named applicant/accused has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, through his counsel, for grant of bail in above case & crime and after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for State, this Court has granted bail to the above named accused vide order dated 13.05.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rupees one lac with P.R bond in the like amount.
