SUBJECT:- RELEASE LETTER.
Whereas, Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court, Larkana has granted bail vide order dated: 02.05.2024 to the applicants/accused namely Daud son of Kango @ Muhammad Yaqoob, 02. Dildar son of Muhammad Yaqoob, in Crl.B.A No.S-43/2024, in Re-Dawood Gaincho & another Versus The State, for offence U/S 302, 114, 337-Hii, 148-149 PPC, bearing Crime No. 04/2023 of P.S Gaibi Dero, in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (rupees Three Hundred Thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicant/accused, in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after taking their P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the applicants/accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused be bound down to appear before this court on 28.05.2024 without fail.
