Whereas, accused namely (1) Deen Muhamamd (2) Muhammad Khan both sons of Muhammad Sulleman both by caste Manganhar and (03) Muhammad Rafique son of Muhammad Usman by caste Naseerani, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. This court has been granted bail to applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each (Twenty thousands each) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Muhammad Shareef son of Muhammad Sulleman by caste Manganhar, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of applicant/accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith if they are no more required in other custody case/crime after taking P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, with direction to appear before this court on 19.05.2024 at 8-30 am without fail.
