Whereas, the below named accused have been admitted to bail by this court vide order dated: 14.05.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 20,000/-each (in words twenty thousand rupees each) total in the sum of Rs.60,000/- (in words Sixty thousand rupees) & P.R bond in the like-wise amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and same is accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the below named accused in the below said case/crime forthwith (if they are no more required in any other custody case/crime), with further direction to obtain LTIs/Signatures from accused over bail bond and send the same to this court for office by informing them to appear before this court on 21.05.2024 at 08:30 am, without failure.
