Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused WAJID ALI S/O NABI BUX BY CASTE SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr. Faheem Majeed Memon, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
