Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused WAJID ALI S/O NABI BUX BY CASTE SHAIKH and upon hearing Mr. Faheem Majeed Memon, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Waqar Ahmed S/O Nisar Hussain has stood surety for accused named above.
        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused WAJID ALI S/O NABI BUX BY CASTE SHAIKH from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
