SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED 01.SAEED AKBER SHAH S/O HASAN SHAH AND 02.SHAHZAD S/O MUHAMMAD KHAN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1057/2024, (SAEED AKBER SHAH ANR. VS THE STATE) IN                           CRIME NO.30/2024 OF P/STATION TANDO YOUSUF, HYDERABAD,               U/SECTIONS 411 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 01.SAEED AKBER SHAH S/O HASAN SHAH AND 02.SHAHZAD S/O MUHAMMAD KHAN and upon hearing Mr.Adnan Ahmed Khan, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and                  RAFIUDDIN S/O NASEEBUDDIN has stood surety for accused Saeed Akbar Shah and MUHAMMAD FAYAZ KHAN S/O BAKHT MUNEER KHAN has stood surety for accused Shahzad.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          01.SAEED AKBER SHAH S/O HASAN SHAH & 02.SHAHZAD S/O MUHAMMAD KHAN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for their appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
