SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED AKRAM S/O ASGHAR, YOUSUFZAI IN               CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.585/2024, (AKRAM YOUSUFZAI VS THE STATE)          CRIME NO.45/2024 OF P/STATION PINYARI, HYDERABAD,           U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AKRAM S/O ASGHAR, YOUSUFZAI and upon hearing Mr.Safdar Ali Abro, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) nd P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas surety of applicant/accused filed application for reduction of surety-ship amount which has been allowed and the surety-ship amount of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) is reduced to Rs.30,000/(thirty thousand) vide Order dated 08.4.2024 and the required surety has been furnished and         SHAN ALI S/O ABDUL RASHEED has stood surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) for the applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused           AKRAM S/O ASGHAR, YOUSUFZAI from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
