Whereas, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Khalid Hussain s/o Ameer Bux Solangi in Criminal Bail Application No.852/2024 Re. Khalid Hussain versus the state, for Offence U/S: 452,324,337-H2,148,149 PPC bearing Crime No.54/2024 of Ali Goharabad P.S in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicants/accused which is accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith, if they are no more required in any other Custody case/crime. The accused should be bound down/directed to appear before trail Court without fail.
