WHEREAS, applicant/accused (s) namely Aijaz S/o. Gul Rehman, has moved this Bail application praying for bail in the above noted case before this Court, after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) for accused named above and P.R. Bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of learned trial court, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused (s) has been furnished as required.
