SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE S/O BABUDDIN, ARAIN IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1031/2024,(MUHAMMAD RAFIQ VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.284/2023 OF P/STATION PINYARI, HYDERABAD,               U/SECTIONS 462-H, 462-I, 462-M PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE S/O BABUDDIN, ARAIN and upon hearing Mr.Muzafar, Advocate for the applicant/accused, Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State and Mr.Ali Akbar Lakho, Advocate for complainant/HESCO, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and                  MUHAMMAD IBRAHIM S/O MUHAMMAD SHAFI has stood surety for accused Muhammad Rafique.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE S/O BABUDDIN, ARAIN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.20,000/-(twenty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
