Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused ABDUL BASIT S/O ABDUL AZIZ BY CASTE LAKHO and upon hearing Mr.Asif Ali Junejo, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 200,000/- (Two Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Moharram Ali S/O Abdul Aziz has stood surety for accused named above.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused ABDUL BASIT S/O ABDUL AZIZ BY CASTE LAKHO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 200,000/- (Two Lac) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
