          WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Fayaz Ali S/O Ghulam Qasim By Caste Brohi, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:40,000/-(Forty  Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount.

          WHEREAS one Ghulam Abbas Khakhali S/O Ahmed Khan R/O Village Petaro PO Petaro Raiti Taluka Kotri, District Jamshoro has stood surety for accused Fayaz Ali S/O Ghulam Qasim By Caste Brohi, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.                    

               You are, therefore, directed to release the above accused from your jail custody forthwith, if he is no more required to you in any other case or crime.
