Whereas, this Court has accepted surety of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with P.R bond in like amount to the satisfaction of this court in the above subject case/crime.
The required surety has been furnished. One surety namely Muzfar Ali S/o Ali Asghar Bughio has appeared before this Court and stood surety for above named accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with Special saving certificate bond to the satisfaction of this Court.
