                        Whereas Mr. Danesh Kumar Advocate for applicant/ accused namely Abdul Majeed S/o Abdul Ghani by caste Mughal preferred bail application No. 365/2024 on behalf of accused named above before Honourable Sessions Judge Shikarpur, for grant of bail after arrest. The Honourable Sessions Judge Shikarpur, granted bail application to the applicant/accused in the sum of Rs:1,00,000/- (One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount for satisfaction of this court.  

                         After receiving bail order and surety furnished by the applicant/accused to this court, which is accepted.

                      YOU ARE therefore, directed and authorized to release the accused Abdul Majeed S/o Abdul Ghani by caste Mughal from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody case/crime, after causing his PR bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: 1,00,000/- (One Lac) for appearing before trail  court.
