Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely Gaji Khan son of Faiz Muhammad Magnrio, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicant/accused, has granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 40,000/- ( fourty thousand ) with PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.40,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Gaji Khan son of Faiz Muhammad Magnrio, from jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicant/accused be directed to the trial Court.
