SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED JANIB S/O AKBAR BY CASTE JAMALI CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION IN S.C NO.836/2023 THE STATE VS. JANIB U/S 24 SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 CRIME NO:224/2023 OF POLICE STATION SANGHAR.

          Whereas, the counsel on behalf of above named applicant/accused has filed criminal bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C, in above mentioned case before the Court of Honourable, Sessions Judge, Sanghar, whereby after hearing the argument of respective counsel, the applicant/accused was admitted to bail subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupee Thirty Thousand) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.

          You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signatures/L.T.I of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before this Court on 15.02.224 at 08-30 A.M to face his trial, without fail.
