SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED KHAWAR ALI S/O BASHIR AHMED IN                CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1144/2024, (KHAWAR ALI VS THE STATE) IN         CRIME NO.33/2024 OF FIA, CRIME CIRCLE, HYDERABAD,   U/SECTIONS 462-H, 462-K, 109, 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused KHAWAR ALI S/O BASHIR AHMED and upon hearing Ms.Sanam Lashari, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Hassan Jaffri, Investigation Officer of the case, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and            ABDUL WAHID GABOOL BALOCH S/O ALLAH RAKHIO GABOOL BALOCH has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          KHAWAR ALI S/O BASHIR AHMED from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
