Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the above mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Muhammad Juman S/o Ghulam Hussain by caste Mallah R/O Muhalla Shahbaz Colony Taluka & District Dadu has appeared and stood surety on behalf of the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and P.R bonds in like amount satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused namely Mour Ali S/o Ghulamullah by caste Mallah, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the trial court.
