                                     Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 17.05.2024 to the applicant/accused namely Shahzado son of Abdul Rasool Gopang bearing Crl.B.A.No:600/2024 in Re- Shahzado Gopang versus The State, for offence under sections 24 SAA bearing Crime No.113/2024 of P.S Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this court.

            AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named aplicants/accused have been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.

                                    You are therefore, hereby directed to release the above-named applicant/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime. The accused should be bound down to appear before the trial Court withoutfail.
