After hearing the Learned advocate for the applicant/accused and Learned ADPP on behalf of state, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees Fifty Thousand) with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf
