Whereas, on receipt of bail application filed by the advocate on behalf applicants/accused namely Dodo Khan S/o Jan Muhammad and Allahdad S/o Ghulam Qadir, both by caste Brohi, in this Court after hearing the learned ADPP and advocate for applicants/accused, have granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with PR bonds in the like amount.
And whereas, Bizan Khan son of Jan Muhammad, R/o Village Qadir Bux Brohi, has appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each with P.R bonds in the like amount, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely Dodo Khan S/o Jan Muhammad and Allahdad S/o Ghulam Qadir, both by caste Brohi, from jail custody at once, if they are no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bonds from them and send the same to this Court for office record. The applicants/accused be directed to attend this Court on 21.05.2024 at 8:30 a.m.
