WHEREAS the below named accued through his advocate moved application U/S 497 Cr.P.C in this Bail Application praying for release on bail and whereas, upon hearing the bail application u/s 497 Cr. P.C in this court has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused in sum of Rs.50,000/- solvent surety for accused person with P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant/accused person has been furnished as required.
