SUBJECT:    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION 32/2024 REG: ALI JAN BROHI U/S 6-9/E, SR. NO.3 CNS, 9/D SR.NO.1 AMENDMENT ACT, 2022 CRIME NO: 188/2023 P.S NEW FOUJDARI.       

                        Whereas the applicant/accused accused Ali Jan S/O Muhammad Fazal @ Gul Bahar by caste Brohi who was remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: U/S: 6-9/E, SR. NO.3 CNS, 9/D SR.NO.1 AMENDMENT ACT, 2022 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees only)  and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees only)  for his appearance before this Court on: 07-06-2024.
