Whereas, the convicts namely 1. Gulab Son of Esso Khoso and 2. Ismail Son of Esso Khoso were sent to your prison by the learned Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate-II at Kazi Ahmed on 18.04.2024 to serve out their sentences.
Whereas, they preferred the captioned appeal against their conviction and filed the application under Section 426, Cr.P.C. for suspension of their sentences pending appeal.
Whereas, the application under Section 426, Cr.P.C. is allowed today and thereby their sentences are suspended and they have been admitted to bail after conviction subject to furnishing one surety each in sum of Rs. 100,000/- along with executing one Personal Recognizance Bond in the like amount, which are furnished and accepted accordingly.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the said convicts forthwith, if they are no more required in any other case(s), under intimation to this Court, after causing the execution of one Personal Recognizance Bond each in sum of Rs. 100,000/- by the said convicts before you and to certify the execution thereof by endorsing on the back of release order and return the same along with the executed Personal Recognizance Bonds within two days of the receipt thereof. You are further required to directed the convicts to appear before this Court on each date.
