The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. SUBJECT:- RELEASE LETTER.
Whereas, this Court has granted bail vide order dated: 20.05.2024 to the applicants/accused namely Naeem and Muntazir Mahdi both sons of Nazir Ahmed by caste Kalhoro, in Crl.B.A No.546/2024, in Re- Naeem and another Versus The State, for offence U/S 377, 34 PPC, Crime No.49/2024 of P.S Nasirabad, in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- each (Rupees One Lac each) and PR bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of this Court.
AND WHEREAS, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are therefore, hereby directed to release the applicants/accused in above mentioned case/crime, forthwith if they are not required in any other case/crime after taking their P.R bond. The P.R bond taken from the applicants/accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused be bound down to appear before the trial Court on the date of hearing without fail.
