SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED AZAM KHOSO S/O MANDO KHAN, KHOSO IN            CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.1725/2024, (AZAM KHOSO VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.72/2023 OF P/STATION CITY, HYDERABAD,             U/SECTION 489-F PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused AZAM KHOSO S/O MANDO KHAN, KHOSO and upon hearing Mr.Arbab Ali Jinjh, Advocate for the applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State assisted by Mr.Saddam Hussain Khaskheli, Advocate for complainant, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and            SIKANDAR KHAN S/O RAWAL KHAN has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          AZAM KHOSO S/O MANDO KHAN, KHOSO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(one lac) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearings at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
