Whereas in the above bail application, after institution bail application on behalf of accused Masood @ Ramo Son of Muhammad Ameen Shaikh, and upon hearing Mr. Ali Murad Shaikh Advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in words (fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
