Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

              Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.150,000/-(Rupees One Lac & Fifty Thousand) only and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                       And Whereas, required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused by one Shahid S/O Mazhar Ali by caste Dahar resident of Village Piaro Arain Taluka & District Dadu in the sum of Rs.150,000/- (Rupees One Lac & Fifty Thousand) only and P.R bonds in like amount satisfaction of this Court.

                       You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Mst. Bhagul wife of Mazhar Ali by caste Dahar, from your jail custody at once, if she is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs:150,000/- (Rupees One Lac & Fifty Thousand) only and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend this court on the date of hearing viz:03.06.2024.
