SUBJECT:    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED  SARFARAZ AHMED S/O MEHBOOB ALI BY CASTE KHOSO IN CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.1041/2024, RE- SARFARAZ AHMED & ANOTHER VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO. 65/2024 POLICE STATION SITE AREA SUKKUR, UNDER SECTION 457,380 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SARFARAZ AHMED S/O MEHBOOB ALI BY CASTE KHOSO and upon hearing Mr.Farhaj Gul Qureshi, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one  Imtiaz Ali S/O Akhtiar Ali Khoso has stood surety for accused named above.
        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SARFARAZ AHMED S/O MEHBOOB ALI BY CASTE KHOSO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Fifty Thousands)  for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
