SUBJECT:    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 295/2024 REG: JUNAID AHMED PATHAN U/S 489-F PPC CRIME NO: 20/2024 P.S STUART GANJ.       

                        Whereas the applicant/accused accused Junaid Ahmed S/O Iqbal Ahmed by caste Durani Pathan who was remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section: U/S: 489-F PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 500,000/- (Five Lac rupees only)  and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant fromyour custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 500,000/- (Five Lac rupees only)  for his appearance before concerned Court.
