WHEREAS, on this 24th: May-2024 the accused namely Qutabuddin @ Ghazi son of Mohammad Saleh Jogi in crime No. 159/2021, Offence U/S 302,311,34 PPC of PS Mirwah , he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C before me (Suhrab Khan Brohi) for the offence punishable offence u/s 302(b) PPC r/w S. 311 PPC. Therefore, he is convicted u/s 265-H(ii) Cr.P.C and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and he is directed to pay fine of Rs: 100, 000. In default, whereof he shall suffer S.I for one year more. The benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is awarded to the accused.
This is to authorize and require you to the Superintendent Central Prison Khairpur to receive the said accused along with this writ of conviction in your safe custody for compliance of said Judgment and carry the aforesaid sentence into execution according to law
