Whereas, in the above mentioned Case/Crime after filing the bail application on behalf of accused namely Rasool Bux S/o Dhani Bux by caste Malikand upon hearing Mr. Imdad Ali Malik , Counsel for the applicant/accused and Mr. Jameel Ahmed Memon, APG for the state, and this Court grant bail of the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- accused (in words rupees Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is accepted today.
