                  Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicant/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                 And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused by one Mst. Amina D/o Muhammad Ayoub by caste Ansari R/O Muhalla Miskeen Colony Kotri District Jamshoro has appeared and stood surety on behalf of the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and P.R bonds in like amount satisfaction of this Court.

           You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused namely Mst. Samina @ Kiran Commando D/o Muhammad Ayoub Ansari, from your jail custody at once, if she is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only and submit such P.R Bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend the trial court.
