SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ALI MUHAMMAD S/O GHULAM MUHAMMAD IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. S-60 OF 2024 ALI MUHAMMAD V/S THE STATE IN SESSIONS CASE NO:57/2024, THE STATE V/S ALI MUHAMMAD & OTHERS U/S 302, 324, 109, 34, 337-F (iii), 337-F (iv), L (ii), PPC CRIME NO:121/2023 OF POLICE STATION MANGLI.

          Whereas, accused above named has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 13.05.2024 passed in B.A No S-60 of 2024, whereby the applicant/accused above named has been admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, the applicant/accused has furnished required Surety which has been accepted by this court.

          You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signature/L.T.I of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before this Court on the date of hearing Viz 03.06.2024 at 08:30 to face his trial, without fail.
