Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.PC filed by learned counsel on behalf of applicants/accused Dilber @ Dilo son of Muhammad Yousuf @ Meer in mentioned case and crime, and this court after hearing the learned counsel for the applicants/accused and learned ADPP for state has ordered for release the above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30000/-(Thirty thousand) only with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
And whereas one Muhammad Khan Mallah son of Muhammad Yaqoob , resident of village Village Kakar , Taluka, K.N.Shah District, Dadu appeared and filed affidavit along with original special saving certificate for stood surety in the sum of Rs. 30000/-(Thirty thousand) each on behalf of above named applicants/accused before his court, which is accepted.
You are required to release the applicants/accused Dilber @ Dilo son of Muhammad Yousuf @ Meer from your jail, forthwith, if they are no more required any custody case and crime after causing PR bond with direction to attend this court on 28-05-2024 at 8-30 am to face his trial in above said case and crime.
