Whereas, in the above mentioned Case/Crime after filing the bail application on behalf of accused namely Rasool Bux S/o Dhani Bux by caste Malik and upon hearing Mr. Imdad Ali Malik , Counsel for the applicant/accused and Mr. Aftab Ahmed Shar, APG for the state, the Honourable High Court of Sindh granted bail to the above named accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- accused (in words rupees Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. The accused has furnished the required surety, which is accepted today.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused no more required in some other case/crime, after causing P.R bond to be executed in the equal amount Rs:50,000/- accused (in words rupees fifty thousand) for his appearance before trial Court positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to be executed to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
