Subject: RELEASE ORDER OF ACCUSED (S).
WHEREAS, applicant/accused (s) namely Umar Zada S/o. Shahzad Khan, has moved this Bail application praying for bail in the above noted case before this Court, after the hearing of the bail application this court has granted bail to the accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) for accused person named above and P.R. Bond in the like amount for the satisfaction of learned trial court, and whereas the surety on behalf of the above named accused (s) has been furnished as required.
You are therefore, required to release the accused Umar Zada S/o. Shahzad Khan, forthwith if he is not required in any other case after obtaining a personal recognizance bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands Only) for accused person named above for accused person named above be executed by the said applicant accused before you, the SUPERINTENDENT CENTRAL JAIL, KARACHI and to certify the execution on by endorsement bond to this court which within three days from the receipt thereof.
