SUBJECT:-   RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED 1. WAHID BUX SON OF AZMAT 2. GUL HASSAN SON OF ALLAH RAKHIYO BOTH BY CASTE JATOI, IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 429/2024, REGARDING: WAHID BUX AND OTHERS OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 324, 353, 216-A, 147, 148, 149 PPC CRIME NO. 47/2024, POLICE STATION: LAKHI GHULAM SHAH.

                   Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 1. Wahid Bux Son of Azmat 2. Gul Hassan Son of Allah Rakhiyo both by caste Jatoi, and upon hearing Mr. Muhammad Azam Brohi Advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- each in words (thirty thousand each) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.

                   You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. Rs. 30,000/- each in words (thirty thousand each), for appearing before trial Court on: 30^th May, 2024, at 08:30 a.m.
