Whereas, accused UMAR S/O SOOMAR BY CASTE MARFANI have been convicted U/S 245 (ii) Cr.PC, by this court today i,e 29-05-2024, in Crime No:. 09/2024, St.Vs Umar, of Police Station Jaggan @ Hamayoon and sentenced to the suffer R.I for the period of (3) three years and also impose fine of Rupees Twenty Five Thousands (Rs.25000). In default, accused shall undergo for further imprisonment of six months.
You are therefore authorized/direct to receive the accused Umar S/O Soomar by caste Marfani, in your safe custody to serve out the sentences awarded him according to law.
