The accused persons named below has been granted bail by this Court in the below mentioned case/crime vide Order dated 30.05.2024 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the surety namely Muhammad Hanif son of Niyaz Hussain b/c Bozdar on behalf of above named accused persons has furnished viz. five original Short Term Savings Certificates worth Rs.90,000/- bearing Register No. 239 dated 22-MAY-2024 with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore directed to release the accused persons named below forthwith, if, they are not required in any other case/crime after causing their P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/=each for their appearance before the Trial Court on the date of hearing viz. at 8:30 am and the same be submitted to this Court within two days for record, without fail.
