SUBJECT:-    RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED JURIAL SHAH @ SUDHIR SON OF BHOORAL SHAH BY CASTE SYED, IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 60/2024, REGARDING: JURIAL SHAH @ SUDHIR OFFENCE UNDER SECTION: 365-B PPC 3,4,5-SINDH MARRIAGE CHILD RESTRAINT ACT-2013 CRIME NO. 03/2024, POLICE STATION: LAKHI GHULAM SHAH.

                        Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Jurial Shah @ Sudhir Son of Bhooral Shah by caste Syed, and upon hearing Mr. Shahbaz Ali Brohi Advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in words (fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.

                        You are, therefore, directed & authorized to release, the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is not required by you in any other custody crime, after obtaining P.R bond from accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- in words (fifty thousand rupees), for appearing before trial Court on 31^st January, 2024 at 08:30 a.m
