Whereas, accused named above whom you hold in custody in the above titled case. And whereas on receipt of a bail application and after hearing learned counsel for the accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that accused named below may be released on bail, on their furnishing sureties in the sum of Rs.20,000/- for accused with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished today and same surety has been accepted provisionally.
You are therefore required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if accused is/are no more required in any other case/crime, after causing P.R Bond to be executed in the equal amount, for their/his appearance before this Court on 05.06.2024 at 08.30 am positively and certify the execution of this writ and send the bond to be executed to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
