Whereas,Sessions Case No.163/2022 Re-State Versus Bashir Ahmed Bhatti, arising out of Crime No.44/2022 for offence under section 24-SAA-2013 of Police Station A-Section Shahdadkot against accused Bashir Ahmed son of Wahid Bux Bhatti has already been kept in abeyance by this Court vide order dated: 27-01-2024 and accused was directed to furnish required surety after lapse of three months from the date of order dated: 27-01-2024
And whereas such period has been completed and required surety on behalf of above named accused has also been furnished which is provisionally accepted.
