Whereas, accused namely Deen Muhammad son of Muhammad Khan by caste Magsi, whom you hold into your custody for offences punishable referred above. The bail has been granted to accused by this court, in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfication of this court. One deponent namely Altaf Ahmed son of Shah Nawaz by caste Magsi,, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if he is no more required in some other case/crime with direction to appear before this court on 05.06.2024 at 8-30 a.m without fail.
