WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Muhammad Yaqoob S/O Gul Muhammad Khoso, Ahsan Ali S/O Muhammad Yaqoob Khoso And Haji @ Pharho S/O Noor Muhammad Khoso, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/-each (Thirty Thousand Rupees) with P.R bond in the like amount.
