Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused HABIBULLAH S/O BASAR BY CASTE MIRANI and Hon’able High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 100,000/- (One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.
