                                     WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused has filed application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.32/2024 U/S 9(i) 3(C) CNS Amendment Act 2022 PS Diplo and this court after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the state, has granted bail in the sum of Rs.50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) with P.R bond in the like amount.
                                   And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands)with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.                                                       You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs. 50,000/- ( Rupees Fifty Thousands) with direction to appear before this court on 08-06-2024 @ 9:00, a.m. and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
